EUGÊNIA VIANA CERQUEIRA
I obtained a PhD in 2018 from University of Paris 1 in the field of geography and urban studies. My research is broadly concerned with the impacts of urban sprawl in travel behavior and access to urban amenities. My work particularly focuses on a comparative approach between the Global North and the Global South, in particular France and Brazil.
Some specific interests include:

Urban sprawl, in particular the evolution of suburban areas towards the post-suburbia.
